In my Tech & Public Administration course, I completed an assignment focused on addressing the administrative burdens created by poorly designed digital government services. I examined how inefficient and unintuitive Government-to-Citizen (G2C) platforms often lead to frustration, increased processing times, and inequitable access to government services. Through the use of a real-world example, I analyzed a case where citizens faced difficulties navigating online tax filing systems, resulting in delays and errors. I proposed several strategies to improve the user experience, such as simplifying interfaces, providing clearer guidance, and ensuring that digital services are accessible to all citizens, including those with limited digital literacy. This project allowed me to explore how technology can both streamline and complicate public service delivery, and I developed recommendations for government agencies to enhance their digital services and reduce administrative burdens on citizens.

In this project for my Data Analysis for Decision Making course, I applied quantitative and qualitative analytical methods to assess organizational data and inform strategic decision-making. Using statistical tools and data visualization techniques, I examined trends, identified key performance indicators, and provided data-driven recommendations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in a nonprofit or public sector setting. Nonprofit Budgeting & Financial Management | Financial Statement Memo
As part of my Nonprofit Budgeting & Financial Management course, I conducted a Financial Statement Analysis Memo to evaluate the financial health and sustainability of a nonprofit organization, WITH Grace Initiative. This project involved analyzing key financial documents, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to assess financial performance, efficiency, and risk. I identified trends, potential financial challenges, and opportunities for improved resource allocation.
